1. Shipping / returns and payment

By default, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will take place via DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS or a freight forwarder. You can see the applicable shipping costs in the table below.

If you would like shipping to another country, please send us an email before placing an order (kontakt@rudelkoenig.de) and please tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance. 2. Delivery time

The delivery time for items is approx. 2-3 working days within Germany. For all other countries 3-5 working days apply.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If the package cannot be delivered to the address provided, the return and shipping costs will be charged upon redelivery or deducted from the refund amount in the event of a refund.

2.1 Special features for shipping to other EU countries:

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Pack the unused items securely in their original packaging. Please include all documents, parts and accessories.

Returns

If you would like to return an item purchased from Rudelkönig within 30 days, please follow the instructions below:

Please remove/cover all other stickers from the outside of the package before submitting the return.
The products can be tested but should be returned to us in new condition (e.g. not used for a long time or dirty/dirty) in original packaging.
Hand over the package to the post office and keep all receipts in case the order is lost in transit.
For returns we charge a flat rate shipping fee of €3.90, which will automatically be deducted from your refund. We ask for your understanding on this. We recommend returning the order via the local post office using a standard service.
The following shipping costs apply for returns from other countries:
- €6.90 from Austria,
- 6.90€ from Spain,
- €6.90 from France, Italy, Belgium or the Netherlands,
- or 6 CHF from Switzerland or Liechtenstein,
which will be deducted from your refund.
If an item is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@rudelkoenig.de and we will find a satisfactory solution for you.
If the package was returned with "Payment by recipient", the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the item is received, you should expect a processing time of 4-5 business days within the warehouse. During this period the return will be checked, scanned and processed. Please also note that it is at your bank's discretion how long it takes for the refund to reach your account.

For international orders, we make every effort to minimize duties and taxes imposed by your local customs or tax authority. We recommend that you contact us if you have a question about whether a duty or tax will be charged before purchasing. Pack King is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes imposed by your local customs or tax authority.

Credit cards will only be charged once the order has been shipped.

For security reasons, the name and address on your bill must match the information on the credit card.We reserve the right to cancel orders where this is not the case.

SALES TAX

Due to state law, we must charge applicable sales tax for orders within the European Union. Sales tax is included in all of our prices. A separate listing of sales tax, additional local taxes, shipping charges or additional costs will be displayed prior to confirmation of the order.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTION CODES

Occasionally there are promotional coupons and discount offers. Follow these steps if you would like to redeem a promotional coupon or promotional code:

When you're on the "Payment" page when checking out, enter the code in the box next to "Promotional Codes."The upper and lower case letters must be observed here.

Click “Apply.”

If your promo code is correct, it will appear during payment.

PAYPAL

PayPal is an alternative payment method for your order at www.rudelkoenig-shop.de. Private individuals or companies that have an email address can pay securely online with PayPal. With a PayPal account you can pay for your purchase by credit card, bank account or with PayPal credit. Your credit card and bank details are not visible to the seller or merchant. In addition, you are 100% protected against unauthorized payments from your account.

PAYPAL CONDITIONS

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will continue through the standard checkout process and will then be automatically redirected to PayPal.com to make your payment.

Once redirected to PayPal.com, you will have 25 minutes to complete payment before your order is canceled.
