In rare cases, packages may be lost or misdirected during delivery—unfortunately. You can check the status of your order at any time and see when your order is expected to arrive by clicking on the "Track your order" button in your shipping confirmation email. Please understand that there is no guarantee for the information provided by the parcel service. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery will normally be taken to a branch where you can pick it up within 7 business days. You will receive a notification in your mailbox, but you can also find the information in your shipment tracking. If you know in advance that your delivery cannot be accepted, you have the option of specifying 1. a preferred day, 2. a preferred location, or 3. a preferred neighbor on the shipping company's website.

Due to our fast processing times, it is often difficult to make changes to your order or delivery details in time. If your order has not yet been packed, we may still be able to change the address. Please contact us immediately and provide your full delivery address.

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days after we have received your payment. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can then check the status of your delivery at any time using the tracking service.

Yes, we can also ship your order via express delivery. Please note, however, that this incurs additional and relatively high shipping costs. No problem? Then simply select "Express Shipping" as your shipping option at checkout and we will deliver your order even faster.

For very large orders, it is possible to ship the entire delivery via a freight forwarder. Please contact us in advance so that we can arrange this for you. Please note that there are no shipments on Saturdays and only packages that are already in transit will be delivered.

The shipping costs listed include postage and packaging materials.
For customers in Germany, shipping is free for orders over €49.
For all other countries, you can find the prices in our shipping terms at the bottom of the homepage. -
Have you already placed an order, but the address is incorrect?
You can cancel your order yourselfup to 30 minutesafter we receive it. Cancellation is also necessary if you change the address, color, or size. After 30 minutes, this is no longer possible.
Please contact our support team afterwards; in some cases, they may still be able to change the address.

Are the items you ordered undamaged?
If only the package has been damaged and you want to return something, you can simply use any packaging of your choice for the return shipment. Please use the return documents that you receive via our returns portal to ensure that the return shipment is sent to the correct address.
Please understand that we cannot replace damaged shipping materials.
