In rare cases it happens that packages are lost or misdirected during the delivery process - unfortunately. You can check the status of your order using the shipment tracking button in your shipping confirmation email. If there are any problems with your delivery, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

You can use the shipment tracking button in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your order at any time and see when your order is expected to arrive. Please understand that there is no guarantee that the parcel service will provide information. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery will normally be taken to a branch and can be picked up by you within 7 working days. You will receive a notification in your mailbox, but you can also find the information in your shipment tracking. If you know in advance that your delivery cannot be accepted, you have the option of: 1. specifying a desired day, 2. desired location or 3. desired neighbor via the shipping company's website.

Due to our quick processing processes, it is often difficult to make changes to your order or delivery details in a timely manner. If your order is not yet packed, we may still be able to change the address. Please contact us immediately and provide your full delivery address.

Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2-4 working days after we have received payment. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can then check the status of your delivery at any time using shipment tracking.

Yes, we can also send your order via express delivery. Please note, however, that additional and relatively high shipping costs apply. No problem? Then simply select “Express Shipping” as your shipping option during checkout and we will deliver your order to you even faster.

For very large orders, it is possible to send the entire delivery via a courier company. Please contact us in advance so that we can arrange this for you. Please note that there is no shipping on Saturdays and only packages that are already on the way are delivered.

The shipping costs shown include postage and packaging materials.
For customers from Germany, delivery is free for orders over €49.
For all other countries you can find the prices in our shipping conditions at the end of the homepage. -
Have you already ordered but the address is incorrect?
You can place your order up to 30 minutes cancel after receipt by us. Cancellation is also necessary if the address, color or size changes. After 30 minutes this is no longer possible.
Please contact our support afterwards, in some cases they can make an address change.

We are sorry if you received a damaged package.
Are the items ordered intact?
If only the package was damaged and you want to send something back, you can simply use packaging of your choice for the return. Please use the return documents that you receive via our returns portal - this will send the return to the correct address.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot replace damaged shipping material.
