Do you have any questions about returns or refunds?

Once we have received your return, it can take up to 7 days for the return to be recorded in our system. We will then issue a refund to the payment method you used for your purchase. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be refunded immediately or after a short period of time. If you have any further questions or your refund has not yet been credited to your account, please contact us immediately. We will get back to you.

Unfortunately, we can only transfer the refund back to the account from which you made the payment when purchasing.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send us notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

As we are always interested in improving our products, services, and customer experience, we are curious to know the reason for your return. You do not have to tell us, of course, but it would help us. You can return your order to us within 30 days of delivery. Contact us here and provide us with your order number and the items you wish to return. Ordered the wrong size or length? You may not have to return the entire order. Regardless of the reason for the return, we will contact you to arrange an exchange or confirm receipt of your cancellation.
